Following a decade of work, we have had a positive impact on the nutrition and economy of 8 regions in Peru. Since the end of 2020, 152 gastronomic, self-sustainable and socially responsible microenterprises proudly integrate a network of entrepreneurs.


Over 10 years, we have supported 334 socially responsible gastronomic microenterprises.

Of the microenterprises supported, 80% are led by women.

+1000 jobs have been generated through these microenterprises.

For every dollar invested by PanSoy, microenterprises have generated $1.25.

PanSoy microenterprises reached a minimum average profitability of 25% at the end of 2019.

+1000 people trained
to apply good practices in their production processes and promote healthy eating.

+1000 people developed technical-productive and business management skills.

The microenterprises that we have supported have a health card for food handling, a health registration and are also registered with SUNAT.


The microenterprises destined 10% of their sales to donating healthy snacks to populations in need.

+11 million nutritious snacks have been donated by microenterprises to +60,000 beneficiaries in ten years.

As agents of change in their communities, PanSoy microenterprises actively promote healthy eating.






PanSoy has generated more than 250 alliances with public and private institutions.

Each of the 8 activity regions has a network of microenterprises committed to continuing the legacy of PanSoy.

In 2018, we were the first NGO to obtain an ISO 9001: 2015 certification by the SGS certifier, which was in force until September 2020.

In 2020, we obtained the recognition of Peru for the Sustainable Development Goals (PODs) in the Prosperity category.
